Many Realtors dread having to sit and wait on a Sunday open house with little results. With all the homes on the market right now, few people are attending.
I have personally witnessed more than 500 people attend an estate sale of the contents of a home that was up for sale.
Some Realtors feel that a home will sell better furnished than empty. This may or may not be true. If a home for sale has little interest after the first 3-4 months, an estate sale may just be a way to get more exposure. Then the home is cleaned out and cleaned up after the sale is over. Ready for the new owners.
Whether you use my estate sale company or another, it will surely get people in to see the house!!
